CANCELLATION POLICY
I respectfully request a 48 hour notification for any changes or cancellation to existing reservations, cancellations less than 48 hrs of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service booked. Failure to arrive in a timely fashion without notice or at all will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service booked. No refunds can only reschedule one time with deposit. 15 min grace period or appointment will be cancelled!
